Brian Hulse -director of composition

     Brian Hulse (PhD Harvard) is Associate Professor of Composition and Theory at the College of William & Mary. His eclectic output includes a CD (psuedosynthesis: Albany) and a co-edited book (Sounding the Virtual: Gilles Deleuze and the Theory &Philosophy of Music: Ashgate). Hulse’s current/recent projects are operas based on American literature and instrumental/vocal works with philosophical/mystical texts.
